Michelin Guide : Two new stars in Côte-d'Or

"On Tuesday afternoon, the Michelin Guide presented its 2022 edition in Cognac (Charente). The new list is synonymous with good news for the Côte-d'Or: two local establishments are making their appearance in the famous red guide. Tomofumi Uchimura's restaurant Origine, located on Place Wilson in Dijon, and Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, located at 10, boulevard Maréchal-Foch in Beaune, and its chef Jordan Billan, have both been awarded their first star. They are the only new starred restaurants in the region.

New stars in the Côte-d'Or

The red guide has awarded its stars. In Côte-d'Or, two chefs have entered the Michelin legend this year: Tomofumi Uchimura of the restaurant Origine, in Dijon, and Jordan Billan of Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, in Beaune. The department, which will launch its Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin in Dijon on May 6, now boasts 16 Michelin-starred establishments.
