A first in Burgundy: the concierge of a luxury hotel wins the Clefs d'or award
Mathieu Cailliès, head concierge at the Hôtel Cèdre in Beaune, has become the very first representative of Burgundy to be honored by the International Union of Hotel Concierges - Clefs d'Or. This prestigious community brings together ambassadors of French hospitality.

New stars in the Côte-d'Or
The red guide has awarded its stars. In Côte-d'Or, two chefs have entered the Michelin legend this year: Tomofumi Uchimura of the restaurant Origine, in Dijon, and Jordan Billan of Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, in Beaune. The department, which will launch its Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin in Dijon on May 6, now boasts 16 Michelin-starred establishments.
