Beaune, sovereign in its domains

New stars in the Côte-d'Or

The red guide has awarded its stars. In Côte-d'Or, two chefs have entered the Michelin legend this year: Tomofumi Uchimura of the restaurant Origine, in Dijon, and Jordan Billan of Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, in Beaune. The department, which will launch its Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin in Dijon on May 6, now boasts 16 Michelin-starred establishments.

Michelin Guide : Two new stars in Côte-d'Or

Two Côte-d'Or restaurants make their appearance in the famous Michelin Guide: Origine in Dijon and Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in Beaune. The number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the department now stands at 16.
