Job description


Working hand in hand with the other members of the Kitchen team at our Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, Clos du Cèdre, your main objective is to assist the Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie while following the instructions and recommendations of our Chef de Cuisine, Mr Jordan Billan. You'll be expected to follow the Chef de Partie's instructions, and comply with the establishment's procedures, legal norms and standards (particularly in terms of hygiene and food safety).
You'll be expected to monitor the stocks in his or her section, and report any special needs. Helping, informing, supervising and training trainees, as well as guaranteeing the quality of services, will be your priorities.

More than training or years of experience, we are above all looking for someone who is passionate about their job, for whom pleasing their customers is the primary motivation. Your successful experience in a similar position has enabled you to develop a keen sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills and good stress management. As most of our customers are international, fluency in English is a must.

Working hand in hand with the Spa Manager, your main objective is to provide world massages and beauty treatments in line with defined protocols, ensure the promotion, advice and sale of services and care products, and build customer loyalty by providing a customer journey of excellence. You will ensure compliance with NUXE brand values and service quality standards shared within the establishment, and monitor spa maintenance (hygiene and safety, linen, decoration, etc.). To do this, you'll ensure that instructions are properly passed on, while cultivating an excellent team spirit. About us

Our history

Beauvallon Collection was born in Beaune in 2019.
The company was founded by Amaury Rostagnat, former head of an international events company and hospitality professional. It was in Asia that Amaury discovered his vocation a few years earlier: to do everything in his power to offer an exceptional experience to customers in search of relaxation and emotion. Convinced that the hotel is the ideal place to create these moments, Amaury acquired Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in 2019.

It was then that he met Lucie, a seasoned luxury hotel manager in Paris, London and Hong Kong. Drawing on her extensive international experience, Lucie believes in a highly personalized hotel experience.

Because they share the same vision, Amaury and Lucie decided to design the ideal hotel experience together. Beauvallon Collection was born.
